If you registered for the in-person CSANZ 2021 Meeting, you do not need to re-register for the Virtual Meeting. Your registration will automatically be transferred to a Virtual Registration and you will receive the corresponding refund.

*To qualify for the student rate, you must provide evidence that you are a full time student at the time of the Meeting. Supporting documentation includes a letter from your supervisor defining your student status, a letter from the University’s registrar office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are taking.
Complimentary Student registration is for full time students studying at a Tertiary institution who have an abstract accepted. Registration will be available one abstract accepatances are sent, on first registered basis.

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (less an administration charge of $100 will be made, providing notification is received by 31 May 2021. After that date no refunds will be made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committees, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred. Click here to view the terms and conditions.
