* Student rates are only applicable to individuals who will be full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students at the time of the Meeting commencement in August 2026. Proof of student status will need to be provided at the time of registration. Without this, the relevant member/non-member rates will apply.
** ISHR members that are NOT CSANZ member physicians are entitled to use Nurses/Allied Health/Researcher/Academic/Scientist registration type. ISHR members that are full Physicians should use the Physician/Surgeon/Other registration type.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Meeting.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
If you cancel your registration on or prior to Sunday 1 June 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
