Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission has now closed for the Annual Scientific Meeting being held in Adelaide from 3 - 6 August 2023.

Prizes will be awarded to the best individual presentation by a CSANZ Young Investigator in each themed prize session - read more about the prizes here.

Applicants for the Ralph Reader prize should submit an abstract of their study via the portal in addition to submitting their extended paper to the CSANZ office. The abstract can then also be considered for other prizes however, the study can only be presented in one prize final. Click here for more information about the Ralph Reader and to apply.

Notification of Acceptance

Notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the submitting author by the end of May 2023. Abstracts submitted for oral presentations that cannot be accommodated within the programme will be considered and reviewed for a place in the Mini-Oral/Poster program.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Meeting proceedings; Heart, Lung and Circulation. The Meeting Managers will not be held responsible for abstract submissions not received via the website or for submission errors caused by Internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or unforeseen events.
