Please click here to submit an abstract for the CSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting 2019. Before making a submission please ensure that you thoroughly read the General Policies and Requirements. Abstracts must be submitted by 8pm (AEDT) on Monday 11 March 2019. The abstract template can be downloaded here.
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria can submit an abstract for one or more of the Prizes on offer. More information on the eligibility criteria and requirements for each prize can be found here.
Please note, as in 2018, Interventional abstracts will be managed by the ANZET meeting. If submitting an abstract for the Interventional stream, this needs to be submitted via the ANZET Call for Abstracts online form.
Case reports will not be accepted for CSANZ 2019.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the submitting author by the end of May 2019. Abstracts submitted for oral presentations that cannot be accommodated within the program will be considered and reviewed for a place in the Mini-Oral/Poster program.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Meeting proceedings; Heart, Lung and Circulation. The Meeting Managers will not be held responsible for abstract submissions not received via the website or for submission errors caused by Internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or unforeseen events.
All abstracts submitted for the Annual Scientific Meeting Prizes must be an author's best single work and must be accompanied by a detailed letter of support from the Supervisor or Director of the laboratory or clinical service from which the work has emanated.
